Enclosed you will find some samples of Catering menu prepared for Via Italia previous customers.These can be helpful to set your menu need in order for us to serve you better.

Please feel free to combine or pick any item you like better. At the end of these pages we also enclosed a list of suggested dishes we can provide.

All food will be servedin chaffing dishes (warmers) along with serving utensils, bread and grated Parmesan cheese. For your event we can also provide a full time Server, BarTender, Busser or Cook price will be charged by time and position per person.

We can also rent for you allyour party need , enclosed is a price list of most requested items,silverware, glassware, china, napkins and tablecloths.

Our liquor catering licenseallows Via Italia to provide beers wines and liquors as well as a bartender, please inform us in advance so we can apply for ABC permits.
